These terms govern access to the Oceqaro website, including browsing, viewing product information, placing orders and using customer services. Product Descriptions

We aim to describe each product, available variation and intended use accurately. Images, dimensions and colors may appear different across displays. Availability, specifications and product details can change. Before buying, check sizing, capacity, compatibility, included accessories and the manufacturer's instructions.

Our assortment includes inflatable paddleboards, kayaks, packrafts, floats, towables, snorkeling and swimming equipment, life jackets, waterproof storage and transport accessories. Not every item is suitable for every water environment or experience level.

Use our website lawfully and without disrupting access for others. You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent transactions, impersonate another person or misuse website content. Pricing & Automatic Discounts

Review product prices, eligible promotions, taxes and order totals at checkout. Prices and offers may change before an order is placed. In the event of a genuine pricing or listing error, we may contact you about correction or cancellation, with a refund where payment has already been taken and fulfillment cannot proceed.

Email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount, with no code required. Selected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount, also without a code. Eligibility and combination rules depend on the relevant offer; separate discounts are not guaranteed to combine. The final checkout summary shows the savings applied.

Placing an Order

By submitting an order, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Order confirmation acknowledges receipt and is not an unconditional promise that every item will be available. We may contact you if fulfillment, payment verification or a material listing error requires attention.

Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout. Any taxes or additional charges shown in the checkout summary should be reviewed before confirming a purchase.

Shipping & Tracking

Oceqaro offers free shipping on all products and orders, with no minimum order amount. Our stated delivery time is 3–5 calendar days. Unexpected weather, carrier disruptions or address errors may affect actual arrival. Please provide accurate shipping details and review tracking updates.

Returns & Exchanges

Oceqaro offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to the conditions of the applicable Return & Refund Policy. Product condition, eligibility and request procedures are governed by that policy and applicable law. Contact customer support for assistance if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, or if you need to request a return or exchange.

Nothing in these terms reduces rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Safety & Intended Use

Water sports and recreation involve risks including injury, drowning, environmental hazards and equipment misuse. Read and follow manufacturer instructions, age and weight limits, inflation guidance, inspection procedures and local water-safety requirements. Choose equipment appropriate for the activity and conditions.

• Review weather, wind, current and water-temperature conditions before use.
• Inspect equipment and safety accessories before each outing.
• Use properly fitted, activity-appropriate life jackets where required or recommended.
• Observe supervision requirements and seek qualified instruction when appropriate.
• Never treat recreational floats as life-saving equipment.

Payment, shipping, tracking and other website functions may involve independent providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
